What does Cetronic Power Solutions do?

We design, supply, install, maintain, repair, remove and replace power protection devices, such as UPS Systems, voltage stabilisers, transformers, harmonic solutions and diesel generators. We are truly flexible and can provide as much, or as little as our customer’s require.

Cetronic provide a nationwide on site service for UPS commissioning, testing, maintenance, repair and battery installation/replacement/disposal. Our on site power monitoring surveys for monitoring power consumption, power harmonics or voltage disturbances are also a speciality using the latest graphical power analysers.

Our warehouse and testing facility enables us to perform product customisation, system build, repair and factory acceptance tests (FAT’s).

What if the UPS system is in a remote or unmanned room and the UPS alarm sounds?

With the use of a remote alarm panel, UPS system alarms are mimicked at the remote alarm alerting users to the UPS anomaly. The UPS could also provide alarms to the building management system. Alternatively, an SNMP/Network Card fitted to the UPS enables key staff can be alerted by email or SMS messaging.

Can I get text or email alerts if something goes wrong?

UPS systems can have the facility to alert fileservers to shut down in an orderly manner when an outage has occurred or notify users by text/e-mail. Building Management Systems (BMS) can also be notified.

Yes, an external environmental sensor provides temperature and/or humidity information via the SNMP/Network card.
